    Supplemental Solicitation for OLYMPIC Region ONLY Status update for #28723 SUPPLEMENTAL Solicitation: Solicitation is currently being evaluated with a tentative ASB notification anticipated for Mid April. A Supplemental Solicitation was posted in WEBS on December 22, 2025 to fill an identified gap in the Olympic Region (Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, and Grays Harbor Counties). Any additional fees proposed by the Contractor are not authorized or allowed. Please return invoices for correction to the Contractor, and also inform DES Contract Administrator Julie Hannah of any additional fees not allowed or authorized. SCOPE Contract #28723 is for elevator full service maintenance, preventative maintenance, examinations, routine examinations, adjustments, testing, and repair services to ensure regulatory compliance, prevent malfunctions or shutdowns due to normal wear and tear and continuous and safe operation of equipment. Full Service Maintenance: • Periodic inspections and testing • Contractor and Purchaser to schedule intervals collaboratively Preventative Maintenance: • On-site corrective maintenance for improperly operating equipment • Requires immediate response per manufacturer standards RESTRICTIONS This contract is established under RCW 39.26 and complies with RCW 39.12 for prevailing wage requirements as applicable to ordinary maintenance services. It is not intended to meet the requirements of RCW 39.04, RCW 39.80 and RCW 18.43 for public works and engineering services. All purchasers must follow their particular jurisdiction’s laws, rules, and expectations for projects that may include any public works elements. Reserved Award Contractors labled/identified as Reserved Award for a specific region, were awarded contracts for those regions excusively available only to WA Small and Veteran businesses. How to Use this Contract 1. Purchasers MUST reference DES Contract #28723 in all communications and correspondence with Contractors. Including the DES Statewide Agreement #28723 reference identifies the contract under which Contractors must issue quotes/estimate/proposals for requested services. 2. Review the Awarded Company section below for specific Contractor information, availability, and pricing for each Contractor. Purchasers MUST Reference DES Contract #28723 with all contact with Contractors. It is advised Purchasers seek a minimum of 2 proposals when there are multiple Contractors available among the awarded Contractors. Requesting a minimum of 2 proposals is a best practice to allow for comparison. Since this was a DES Enterprise Services competitively bid contract, Purchasers (State Agencies) are not subject to the Delegated Authority limits. 3. The Pricing, Ordering, & Contact Information excel document includes Contractor’s performance times and time commitment to Purchasers. Pricing Applicability eff. Jan. 1, 2026: The pricing effective January 1, 2026 shall apply exclusively only to new agreements entered into with Purchasers on or after that date. These updated prices shall not be applied retroactively or in any way to existing agreements that were executed prior to January 1, 2026. All existing agreements remain governed by the pricing terms in effect at the time of their execution, and no adjustments or substitutions of pricing is allowed per the executed contract nor allowed to be made. Firm’s who requested an EPA have acknowledged their firm will not attempt to implement any price adjustments to any existing agreements currently in place. These agreements are governed by the pricing terms established prior to the EPA amendment effective January 1, 2026, and no changes to those prices shall be made or applied. The excel document also contains ordering sales contacts, emergency and L&I contacts, invoicing & invoicing escalation contacts for invoicing, and additional contractor’s management points of contact. 4.
