In addition to the modernization work, the successful bidder shall provide interim maintenance services prior to completion and preventative maintenance services following modernization, as described in Section 45.0 Scope of Services. The County intends to award a single contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the complete scope of work described herein.
