    Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Elevator Service to the Savannah State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Savannah State University is seeking bids for a contract to provide preventive maintenance, testing support, repairs, and related elevator services for campus facilities. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and incidental items necessary to maintain the elevators in safe, reliable, and code-compliant operating condition throughout the contract term. The contract term shall be for one fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years.
