Contractor(s) shall be responsible for obtaining all permits as required by City. Specific services will be coordinated with the City on a per project basis.Contractor(s) may be temporarily responsible for moving or removing personal property within a residence or arranging for offsite or onsite storage of personal items.Services excluded: Non-Emergency Roof repairs, Capital Projects, and/or maintenance projects.Contractor(s) shall warrant all work for a period of one year from the final date of completed project. The City and Contractors(s) agree that no specific quantity of work is guaranteed to be provided to the Contractor(s) under the terms and conditions of the contract. The City of Riverside does not guarantee that the Contractor(s) will be assigned any specific project during the term of the contract. The selected Company shall provide the services required in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein. This will be a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity contract. The dollar amounts and/or quantities indicated are estimates only, and the city may increase or decrease as needed.
