    Description

The district is soliciting contractors interested in providing emergency services in the event of a declared District emergency. If you are interested and available in performing emergency work at this time and in future years, please fill out this form. Immediately following unexpected infrastructure failures, storms, earthquakes, or other disasters, The District may declare an emergency. To maximize the District's readiness for future disasters and to give all contractors an opportunity to tell us about their capabilities and experience, we are inviting contractors, including subcontractors, to register their interest in providing emergency services to the District. Completion of this form will enter your company's name and information into EBMUD's registry of contractors interested in receiving contracts for emergency repairs or equipment rental in the event of a disaster. DISCLAIMER: Completing this form and registering with the District does not represent any express or implied promise by the District to award emergency contracts now or in the future. The District is not bound to select contractors from the registry.
