For deployments requiring less than 48 hours' notice, the MTA NYCT PM will determine the applicable pricing tier (standard or differential rates). III. 24/7 Availability: i. Contractor must maintain continuous communication and provide 24/7 support availability during all declared weather events. IV. Certified Emergency Response Team: i. Contractor must retain a trained and certified emergency field crew, experienced in rapid response and storm mitigation. V. Site Assessments: i. Prior to deployment, Contractor shall conduct site assessments to familiarize personnel with equipment storage, operational procedures, and MTA NYCT facility layouts. VI. Issue Notification: i. Contractor must promptly notify the MTA NYCT PM of any issues affecting deployment, equipment readiness, or site access.
