The purpose of this solicitation is to provide services to the County to assist in the repair and/or installation of damaged roadway signs, if required, in the event of an officially declared emergency.
Stabilization and recovery services will be required on an irregular basis. Therefore, this Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract defines the requirements and guidelines for the requested emergency response services but does not authorize the Contractor(s) to provide nor commits Collier County to order such services until a valid Purchase Order, based on the agreed services and associated costs defined in the awarded contract, is issued to the awarded Contractor. As part of this awarded contract, Collier County and the Contractor agree to a current rate schedule for standard. The Contractor agrees to provide all required personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials as directed by the County. The Contractor must be capable of furnishing these resources, including crews and equipment configurations required for the applicable work category, possibly with little notice, and shall perform all work in accordance with applicable FDOT QPL Specifications and County requirements.
