Individuals with questions about the bidding process may contact the Purchasing Office at bids@cob.org or by calling 360-778-7750. The Purchasing Office must receive a completed electronic copy of Exhibit A submittal prior to 11:00AM PST on 5/28/2026. Bids must be submitted online at: https://cob.procureware.com/ under the responses tab for this Bid. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or parts of bids as may be in the best interest of the City.
