    CITY OF BELLINGHAM, WA SOLICITATION NUMBER 29B-2026 Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification for City of Bellingham Fire Department Recruits-RFP Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham is requesting proposals from qualified training professionals and firms to provide EMT Certification and other certifications to recruits for the City of Bellingham’s Fire Department. Training content must be capable of encompassing the City’s standards and procedures and where appropriate, industry best practices. Interested vendors may view the solicitation documents on the City of Bellingham website at https://cob.procureware.com/home in person at the Purchasing Office, 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, Washington, Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM. Individuals with questions about the bidding process may contact the Purchasing Office at bids@cob.org or by calling 360-778-7750. The Purchasing Office must receive a completed electronic copy of Exhibit A submittal prior to 11:00AM PST on 5/28/2026. Bids must be submitted online at: https://cob.procureware.com/ under the responses tab for this Bid. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or parts of bids as may be in the best interest of the City.
