    Description

    The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking proposals from highly qualified service providers. The goal of this RFP is to select Respondents capable of providing comprehensive services cleanup and restoration. Cleanup and recovery services will be required on an irregular basis. Therefore, an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will define the requirements and guidelines for the requested cleanup services. Our objectives are: • Rapid Mobilization - Immediate site inspections, estimations, and temporary staging to stabilize building infrastructure and environment. • Decontamination & Restoration - Comprehensive cleanup, decontamination, and sanitation for damage caused by water, fire, mold, vandalism, chemical, or biological incidents. • Asset Recovery - Expert salvage and restoration of documents, artifacts, electronics, data, and lab equipment, including packing, freezing, and drying services. • Strategic Coordination - Seamless collaboration with insurance, consultants, and government agencies to ensure successful investigations and funding documentation. • Security & Compliance - Strict adherence to safety laws while managing confidential materials, hazardous waste, and high-security crime or terrorism scenes. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Preparedness & Continuity - Proactive disaster planning, training, and drills designed to maintain business and research continuity during an emergency
