    The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional assessment, planning, and design services for the development of a Centralized Emergency Operations Center (EOC) at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Services include evaluating existing conditions and infrastructure, defining operational and technology requirements, developing architectural and engineering designs, preparing technical specifications and supporting documentation, and producing a comprehensive design package for a resilient, scalable, and technology-enabled EOC. The selected consultant will also provide planning-level cost estimates, equipment recommendations, and related advisory services as required.
