A new, pre-engineered metal building of approximately 9,000 sq ft for storage of emergency equipment and supplies for the SAFD, SAPD and SA Metropolitan Health Department. The building is currently planned to be constructed on an approximately 3.8-acre site. No hazardous materials or medications are to be stored in the facility. The building will be fully conditioned for the storage of general medical supplies. High-Pile storage will be required. A fire suppression system will be required. Solar panel rough-in only to be incorporated into the warehouse. A small office with restroom.
