The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority (SGWASA) Utilities Department is seeking the services of qualified Contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to remove, transport, and unload wastewater from lift stations and manholes in the SGWASA sewer collection system on an “as needed basis” 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. During the past few years, SGWASA used emergency hauling approximately 25 times per year at approximately 4 hours per call. The highest frequency for emergency hauling occurs in the rainy season.
SGWASA invites and encourages participation in this procurement process by minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses and businesses owned by disabled persons. All qualified proposals will be evaluated and acceptance made of the proposal judged by SGWASA that constitutes the best value offered for the purpose intended. Evaluation will include, but not limited to, the bidder's qualifications, experience, past performance, financial standing, and proposal price.
SGWASA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals presented, and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities.
