Respondents shall provide thelevel of services required in the RFQ and meet other requirements that are inthe best interests of ERS, its members, and the state of Texas (State).Respondents shall be required to execute a contract (Contract) provided by, andsatisfactory to, ERS for a period that begins on the date specified in theContract and will continue and can be terminated as provided for in theContract. Thestrategy ERS seeks at this time can be found in the ERS Investment StrategyDescription, attached to the RFQ as Appendix D. To signify interest in being considered for this search, potential Respondentsmust have submitted data on firm/strategy to eVestment by August 11, 2026. Noother action is required unless ERS contacts the potential Respondent asdetailed in Section C.3 of the RFQ. ERS will complete an Initial ReviewPhase and potential Respondents that meet the Initial Review Phase requirementswill be emailed and invited to submit a Response. Refer to Evaluation Processin Section E. of the RFQ for further information. Respondents must meet theMinimum Qualifications set forth in Section D. of the RFQ.TheRFQ is available as an attachment to this ESBD notice. Each time ERS isseeking a new strategy, the RFQ will be posted to ESBD with an updated AppendixD. ERS reserves the right to rebid the RFP if deemed by ERS to be in thebest interests of ERS, its members, and/or the State. ERS also reserves theright to reject any Proposal submitted that does not fully comply with theRFP’s instructions and criteria. ERS is under no legal requirement to execute aContract on the basis of this notice or upon issuance of the RFP and will notpay any costs incurred by any Respondent in connection with the preparation ofa Proposal.
