Scope This contract is for Employment and Income Verification & Public Record Search Services (EIV & PRS Services). This Statewide Contract consists of three (3) categories: Category 1: Employment and Income Verification (EIV) - Nationwide: Bidder operates and maintains an income and employment verification database that houses information provided by employer contributors who operate nationwide and/or employ 501 or more employees. Category 2: Employment and Income Verification (EIV) - Regional Employers: Bidder operates and maintains an income and employment verification database housing information provided by employer contributors who operate within the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and employ 500 or less employees. In this category, Enterprise Services intends to seek out employer contributors who operate franchises, and/or regional businesses. Category 3: Nationwide Public Records Search (PRS) Services: Bidder operates and maintains a Nationwide public records database housing the recorded conduct of a person, government entity, or business.
