All submitted responses will be electronically stamped at the time and date when all documents are uploaded and received. Any proposals received after the established deadline will be deemed late and will not be considered. Physical proposals will not be accepted. Questions regarding clarification or interpretation of this RFQ must be submitted electronically via BidNet Direct and shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on June 19, 2026.
