    Background

    The estimated annual budget for the EMS Medical Director is $20,000.00 annually payable to thecontractor in twelve (12) monthly payments and an additional $1,000.00 for education.

    • Experience in the development and implementation of EMS Clinical Quality Improvement Programs (25 pts)

      Prior development and execution of CQI initiatives
      Methods used for data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring
      Examples of corrective action plans, training integration, or protocol refinements
      Demonstrated improvements in clinical performance or patient outcomes

    • Experience in review, development and implementation of Emergency Medical Dispatch Procedures (25 pts)

      Experience working with EMD protocols and standards
      Participation in dispatch center assessments, procedure development, or accreditation efforts
      Familiarity with dispatch software platforms and quality assurance processes
      Demonstrated improvements in dispatch accuracy, call processing, or response efficiency
