This ITB intends to furnish Pierce County with Emulsified Liquid Asphalt Materials. The selection of the supplier for Pierce County will be based on the combined material unit prices and delivery prices as bid, or the material unit prices as bid and the haul for Pierce County, including loading time and facilities, whichever are most economical.
