    Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), Cobb & Douglas Public Health (CDPH) is accepting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations, institutions, and agencies to provide HIV prevention services in Cobb County as part of CDPH’s Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) plan. Funding is provided by the CDC through the Georgia Department of Public Health. The purpose of this RFP is to expand HIV testing, prevention, and care services, focusing on populations with the highest incidence of HIV. Successful applicants will provide coordinated outreach, testing, linkage to care, and prevention services, while integrating HIV prevention within healthcare and community settings.
