Under the terms of the resulting agreement, the selected consultant will provide engineering design services for the project. The project intends to install a new street from Brannen Street to US Hwy 80 East, and to eliminate or modify the intersection of Bernard Lane at Brannen Street. Coordination and permitting with the Georgia Department of Transportation is anticipated. The project area is bounded by Brannen Street, US Hwy 80 East, Veterans Memorial Parkway, and Cawana Road.
