ENG 26-07 Utilities Improvements Project

1) This project is a bundle of eight (8) smaller projects listed as follows:
ENG 26-07_A_BOWEN ST WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT:  Replace water main and lead services on Bowen St (Morrell St to Carlton Blvd)
ENG 26-07-B_GRISWOLD ST SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION:  Extend sanitary sewer on Griswold St at Third St
ENG 26-07-C_GRISWOLD ST WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT:  Replace water main and lead services on Griswold St (1st St to Woodbridge St)
ENG 26-07-D_PEARL ST DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS:  Reconstruct pavement and site concrete for drainage on Pearl St (Hayes Ct to Jackson St)
ENG 26-07-E_WASHINGTON AVE WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENT:  Replace lead services on Washington Ave (Hupp Ave to Elm Ave)
ENG 26-07-F_PAGE AVE WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENT:  Replace lead services on Page Ave (Elm Ave to Eastern City Limits)
ENG 26-07-G_BURR ST WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT:  Replace water main and lead services on Burr St (Waterloo Ave to East Ave)
ENG 26-07-H_JOY AVE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT:  Replace water main and lead services on Joy Ave (Summit Ave to Elm Ave)

2) Major bid items include: Hand Patching - 1326 Ton, Water Main, Dir Bore, 8 inch - 1896 Ft, Water Main, 8 inch - 804 Ft, Water Main, Insertion Valve, 6 inch - 12 Ea, Water Service Pipe, Cu, 1 inch - 2093 Ft, Water Serv, 1 inch - 33 Ea, Water Serv, Long, 1 inch - 24 Ea, Aggregate Base, 8 inch, 21AA, Modified - 3963 Syd, Water Main, Dir Bore, 12 inch - 335 Ft.

3) An addendum will be issued no later than ten (10) days prior to the response deadline and will include soil boring logs and minor revisions to the ENG 26-07-D plan sheet(s) and related pay items.
