    NOTICE TO PROPOSERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified: RFP #2026-028 ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR COMPLIANCE WITH LEAD & COPPER RULE IMPROVEMENTS (LCRI) – PHASE 2 The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed proposals up to 2:45 P.M. EST, March 26, 2026, via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Proposals received after 2:45 P.M. will not be considered. The City of Lauderhill is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide engineering services to support Phase 2 implementation of its Lead & Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) program in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) LCRI and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) requirements. Phase 2 focuses on implementation support, regulatory compliance, and engineering evaluation based on completed Phase 1 planning and data collection. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a firm or firms to enter into an agreement for engineering services to update the initial service line inventory to include lead connectors, utilize field investigation results to use statistical analysis or predictive modeling to classify unknown service line materials, integrate the City’s GIS system and the service line inventory to avoid duplicated efforts, and provide the City with a data management platform to track all required LCRI tasks. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from other sources than IonWave are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete.
