    The Town of Windsor is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to conduct a comprehensive study of the existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for the Windsor Main Library, 323 Broad Street, Milo Peck, 114 Palisado Avenue Wilson Branch Library, 365 Windsor Avenue and Poquonock Elementary School, 1760 Poquonock Avenue. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current systems and identify the most beneficial upgrade options to improve performance, reduce energy consumption, enhance occupant comfort, reduce carbon footprint, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Our goal for all buildings is to implement a long-term, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable solution to modernize our infrastructure.
