    Description The County of Chester, Chester County Health Department, is requesting Proposals from federally qualified health centers and free clinics operating in Chester County, PA, who can enhance their laboratory and surveillance capacity. Such enhancements are intended to support public health’s overall surveillance, data collection, sharing and reporting, laboratory capacity, and outbreak response capacity within Chester County. All questions received by the deadline will be answered via addenda and posted to the public purchase site -www.publicpurchase.com. Proposal Submission Proposals must be submitted electronically through www.publicpurchase.comin response to this RFP. To ensure compliance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § 67.101, et seq., Proposer shall submit one redacted copy of the proposal (in addition to the other required copies of the un-redacted proposal) if Proposer believes that the response contains trade secrets, proprietary information, or other confidential content. Proposer must also provide a written statement, signed by a representative of the Proposer, certifying that the record contains a trade secret or confidential proprietary information. Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, March 20, 2026.
