Once approved Fauquier County will send you an email confirmation of your participation and add your company to the list of participating vendors. Your information will then be distributed to the applicable County and School using departments, via posting on our Contract Listing webpage, so they may utilize this convenience contract, as needed, using a purchase order or credit card, if applicable. As noted in this document, Purchases made under this Agreement will be governed by the Fauquier County Procurement Policy and current spending thresholds will apply. No purchase made under this Agreement shall exceed $10,000.00 without first seeking competition from other sources.
