    Description

    The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide Epignosis TalentLMS Subscription to DIR for use by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TXDMV) as part of the STS IT Commodities program.  These specifications are being advertised under Gov’t Code Section 2155.067. Only responses to solicitations for items conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining an Award. Conforming exactly to these specifications includes bidding only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified in this solicitation.  This IFB requires a Subcontracting Plan for bids of $100,000 or more.  Any bid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctly completed Subcontracting Plan or it will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation.
