    The purpose of this contract is to provide engineering and related services to King County Department of Local Services, Road Services Division (“County”) for the SE High Point Way Culvert Replacement and Fish Passage Improvement Project (“Project”). The Project shall replace an undersized, perched culvert that currently conveys the East Fork Issaquah Creek beneath SE High Point Way to restore unimpeded fish passage, enhance stream habitat, and improve physical process and ecological function within the watershed. In addition, the project may include replacement of the pedestrian bridge and upstream culvert.
