Destination, unless otherwise noted or unless other terms have been negotiated. The contract term for this request is for the 2025-2026 school year; with three (3) additional years to include 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029, at the mutual agreement between the District and the vendor(s). Awards will be made to multiple vendors throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. Proposers will then be notified of the district's decision. The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum, as needed. The District also reserves the right to reject any or all proposal(s) and to accept the proposal(s) which offer the best advantage to DISD.
