    Q (Question Deadline): Please confirm question deadline date and time.

    A: The Q&A deadline is April 16, 2026, 5:00pm


    Q (New Corrugated Metal Panel): Is there going to be Continuous Insulation R-13 + R-5ci behind the new corrugated metal panels inside each hanger?

    A: No insulation is needed behind the metal panels, due to the limited alteration level of the work as identified in Ch. 6 of the FBC, Existing Building.


    Q (Motor Mount Height on Hangar Door): Do you have the height you would like the motors mounted at on the hangar doors?

    A: Contractor shall price the motors as being installed at the existing height. If actual manufacturer motor at the time of construction can accommodate a higher mounting height at CCAA’s request, that will be considered at the time of construction.


    Q (Additional Site Visit ): Is there a scheduled date and time for an additional site visit? If not we would like to request an additional site visit. Please let us know the date and time that is available.

    A: A Pre-Bid Meeting was held previously on-site, March 19, 2026 . No additional visits are schedules at this time.
