EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Gilbane Turner is soliciting for expression of interest for the Life Sciences Public Health Laboratory project for Videographer Services. Scope of Work: The vendor shall be responsible for the following: Pre-Production Coordination Coordinate with facility staff and equipment vendors to understand system purpose, operating context, and filming constraints. Plan filming sequences to minimize disruption to operations while ensuring instructional clarity. On-Site Video Capture Provide all necessary equipment, including: Supplemental lighting suitable for mechanical and low-light environments Professional-grade microphones capable of clear audio capture near high-decibel equipment Tripods and stabilization equipment Capture training footage at multiple locations per system, including but not limited to: Interior mechanical spaces Rooftop equipment areas Adapt filming techniques to accommodate high-noise environments and operational safety requirements. Instructional Video Production Produce clearly labeled training video segments, each approximately 15 minutes in length, aligned with the project specifications. Videos must be structured for: Repeat viewing Onboarding of new personnel Long-term reference by operations staff Content must prioritize clarity, accuracy, and operational relevance over cinematic effects. Post-Production & Revisions Provide editing, labeling, and formatting in accordance with Specification Section 01-7900. Include up to two (2) presenter revisions per 15-minute segment prior to final submission.
