The Airport will review all SOQs received, and negotiate with qualified firms to enter into as-needed contracts pursuant to san Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 6.65. Firms holding as-needed contracts will be eligible to submit quotes when requested by the City for maintenance and/or repair work as work becomes available. Work shall be issued through Contract Service Orders which will specify the scope of work, deliverables, schedule, cost, and timing and method of payment.
