BID DUE DATE: Monday, March 16, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m. 2. JOB WALK: There is no job walk scheduled for these trades. However, subcontractors are encouraged to visit the site on their own. 3. REQUESTED TRADES: For the following trades this is an *EARLY BID* Cahill will provide Bid Form & Exhibit A documents for these scopes. a. Design-Build Exterior Building Maintenance b. Elevators c. Design-Build Fire Sprinkler System d. Plumbing e. HVAC f. Electrical, FA, ERRCS g. Design-Build Solar System 4. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THIS IS A CAHILL PROJECT. New Construction / 68,500 gsf / 120 Rooms or Units / 1 Building / 6 Stories / 5-Story Type IIIA over 1-Story Type IA Concrete. Level 01 amenities include a full-service kitchen, dining, staff lounge, fitness, multipurpose room, and outdoor space. Levels 02-06 will provide 120 residential sleeping units (dorm style), with group training rooms and therapist offices to support residential use. Note that there is no kitchen or bathroom at residential units. Centralized bathrooms on each floor and food service kitchen on ground floor. 5. OWNER/DEVELOPER: Mercy Housing / San Francisco Department of Public Health 6. ARCHITECT: Gensler/ Paulett Taggart Architects 7. TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Begin construction in November 2026 with a total 19-month duration. Ref. Exhibit D - Schedule 8. LABOR REQUIREMENTS: Prevailing Wage (state or federal, higher of the two) for all trades / Union Labor required for carpenters, laborers, operating engineers only 9.
