Bidders must bid on all items as indicated in the Attachment C. No substitutions will be accepted. Warranties and lead times must be provided. The SFMTA may award a Purchase Order to the Bidder that meets the Minimum Qualifications (See IFB Section V) of this Solicitation whose Bid is the Lowest Responsive Bid. Responsive Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined herein. If applicable, the SFMTA’s Contract Compliance Office will assess Bid compliance with Local Business Enterprise (LBE) requirements and assign a Bid Discount to eligible Bids. The IFB and associated documents are attached to this Sourcing Event. If you are interested in submitting a Bid, please follow the submission instructions provided in the IFB document. Bids will not be accepted through the City and County of San Francisco's Supplier Portal website.
