    If your business is already an awarded vendor by LISD Board of Trustees on RFP numbers: F1068-23, F1068A-23, F1068B-23, F1068C-23, F1068D-23 OR F1068E-23, there is no need to respond to this supplemental iteration. Lewisville Independent School District is currently accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for RFP #F1068F-23 Staff Development, Training Services, Materials and Other Related Products and Services All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to submit a complete response to this request for proposal and must include all required bid attachments, regardless of sole source status, to be considered. Proposals with missing or incomplete information may be negatively impacted during the evaluation process. This supplemental RFP is intended to support a wide range of training services for District staff, which includes approximately 6,477 employees. This may involve staff from individual campuses, departments, instructional support, teachers, administrators, business services, safety and security, technology, facilities, and other related roles within LISD. Trainings may be conducted on school campuses, within district departments, at the vendor’s facility, at another agreed-upon location, or delivered virtually. All vendors submitting proposals must be qualified in their respective field and possess any certifications or licenses required by the State of Texas to perform the services outlined. Proposals may be awarded to one or more vendors, depending on what is determined to offer the best overall value to the District. This RFP is issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200, to ensure proper procurement of vendors using federal funds. In addition to federal dollars, this proposal may also be used for purchases made with local, state, and grant funding. The initial contract term for this supplemental proposal will run from November 2025 through September 2027, aligning with the original bid. There will be one renewal option available for an additional 24-month term, based on the District’s long-range needs, mutual agreement between both parties, and approval by the LISD Board of Trustees.
