The Contractor shall provide professional computer aided drafting (CAD) services to support SMUD Facilities Projects. Services shall include professional resources that specialize in the following disciplines:• Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Interiors, Telecom, and other disciplines as required.Each project assigned may consist of more than one discipline as part of the overall task. The Contract Manager will coordinate with the contractor the priorities of the individual tasks in order to streamline and expedite project completion.Additionally, there may be projects that will necessitate the following professional services to compliment CAD work requests for the SMUD Engineering and Projects group:• Field Verification for All SMUD Facilities as needed per projects assigned.• Familiarity with SMUD building name designations. This information will be given to contractor.Occasional remote or in-person meetings to discuss various aspects of the work. Contract Manager to coordinate.
