The Washington County Facilities Management Office is seeking bids to recover the existing gravel surfaced built-up roof system, and overlay select areas of standing seam metal panels on the Washington County Fair Park Pavilion Building located at 3000 CTH PV, West Bend, WI 53095. The base bid of this project generally consists of removal of the existing gravel surfaced Built-Up roofing plies and underlying perlite insulation down to the existing polyisocyanurate insulation. Installation of a single layer of 2-inch polyisocyanurate insulation and ½” gypsum cover board (mechanically attached), installation of a 60-mil fully adhered EPDM membrane for Roof Area 1 on the Park Pavilion roof, including associated sheet metal work, and carpentry work. This project also includes overlying the existing standing seam metal panels at select dormers located on Roof Area 2. The overlay will provide a 2.5” polyisocyanurate infill between panel ribs, covered with a ½” gypsum coverboard (mechanically attached) covered with a 60-mil fully adhered patina green PVC membrane. Provide sheet metal flashings and flush wall panel soffit and vertical panels. Work shall be completed to Washington County’s satisfaction by November 30th, 2026.
MANDATORY A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CT) at the Fair Park Pavilion Building at the address listed above, meet in the Pavilion lobby. This will be bidders’ only opportunity to see the project site, the site conditions and to take measurements for this project. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required in order for a firm’s bid to be considered. Failure to attend will result in the disqualification of the firm’s bid.
