The NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets intends to procure Fair Printed Merchandise pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law Section 163. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State-certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law and, if applicable, businesses selling commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured. The Department is looking for the following items that will be printed with: Lot 1 – Drinkware (Water bottle, shot glass, can cooler, slim can cooler, slap cap cooler) Lot 2 – T-Shirts & Sweatshirts (9 various items including short sleeve, long sleeve, zip up hoodie, pullover hoodie, and crewneck sweatshirt). Lot 3 – Clothing Other (Socks, ball caps, winter beanie) Lot 4 – Youth & Baby Items (Youth t-shirt, youth ball cap, baby bibs, baby onesies) Lot 5 – Collectibles (Ornament, deck of cards, magnets, keychains, stickers, umbrella, pins, souvenir pennant, luggage tags) Awards will be made by Lots (Lot 1 – Lot 5). Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through other than the “Designated Contact Person(s)” identified below may constitute an “impermissible contact” under state law with respect to Procurement Lobbying, and could result in disqualification of that vendor. Any updates or changes will be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter.
