    Sealed proposals will be received by Carroll County Water Authority, until 2:00 PM Local Time on Thursday, June 25, 2026 for the construction of the Fairfield Plantation Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation at which time and place they will be opened and read. A summary of the work items is included below: The Work under this Contract generally includes rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer system, consisting of cleaning and lining approximately 1,025 linear feet of 15-inch gravity sewer, 1,425 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer, and 3,525 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). The Work also includes rehabilitation of 57 manholes (approximately 725 vertical feet), including surface preparation, miscellaneous improvements, and installation of a cementitious liner.
