HCOA is specifically interested in feedback and comments regarding the items listed below and we welcome additional comments and suggestions. 1. How can HCOA improve coordination and delivery of family caregiver counseling services for individuals who are caregivers to older individuals, particuarly those in rural areas or have limited availability. 2. Describe your workforce capacity to provide consistant, reliable services islandwide. Include your current service rates/fees for counseling and training serivces. 3. Provide suggestions for other services and programs for older individuals or family caregivers that may be provided in the future. Written comments, suggestions, and questions are due by 4:00pm Monday, August 3, 2026.
