National Insurance Certificate, Tax Compliance Certificate, Business License and VAT Registration 1.06 Bids must also be accompanied by comprehensive details of similar Projects executed and the experience of personnel assigned. 1.07 The Bidder is required to visit and examine the Site of Works, at their own expense. 1.09 All potential Bidders are advised to attend a proposed Pre-Bid meeting to help clarify any concerns Bidders may have. The Pre-Bid meeting will be held on January 27 th 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
