1.01 You are invited to submit a sealed bid for the reconfiguration of the Family Island Office located on University Drive opposite the E. George Moss Building and an office in the E. George Moss building located in Nassau, The Bahamas, in accordance with the Bidding Documents, Specifications and Drawings. 1.03 The final Bids must be submitted by 4 pm on February 20, 2026 via Procureware . 1.05 All bids must be accompanied by a Bank Credit Reference, certifying that the Contractor has the financial capacity to execute the Project. The letter should state the following: - Length of time as a customer Whether your company meets its financial obligations in a timely manner and is in good standing. Any credit facility that the bank may extend and the amount IE Six-Figure, Seven-Figure, etc. ) Whether your company has the financial capacity to execute the Project based on your estimate of the Project Cost. National Insurance Certificate, Tax Compliance Certificate, Business License and VAT Registration 1.06 Bids must also be accompanied by comprehensive details of similar Projects executed and the experience of personnel assigned. 1.07 The Bidder is required to visit and examine the Site of Works, at their own expense. 1.08 All bid documents are available for download in the Documents tab on Procureware. 1.09 All potential Bidders are advised to attend a proposed Pre-Bid meeting to help clarify any concerns Bidders may have. The Pre-Bid meeting will be held on April 13 th 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
