    The Fulton County Family Treatment Court (FTC), Helping Our Parents Excel (HOPE) Program, is seeking a qualified vendor to facilitate two (2) cohorts of either the Strengthening Families Program (SFP-3-17) or the Celebrating Families Program (CFP-0-17). Each cohort shall consist of weekly 2.5-hour group sessions conducted over approximately sixteen (16) weeks, serving up to fifteen (15) adult participants and their children per cohort. The two cohorts will not run concurrently. 1) Grant funds shall support the vendor in facilitating two (2) cohorts of either the Strengthening Families Program (SFP-3-17) or the Celebrating Families Program (CFP-0-17). Each cohort shall consist of weekly 2.5-hour group sessions conducted over approximately fourteen (14) to sixteen (16) weeks, serving up to fifteen (15) adult participants and their children per cohort. a) The Vendor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based family services that support recovery, family stability, and reunification for HOPE Program participants. 2) Vendor Qualifications: a) Be certified to provide SFP or CFP and demonstrate knowledge, application, and understanding of the model. b) Have at least two (2) years of experience working with groups and individuals, preferably with populations comparable to HOPE Program participants. c) Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with Fulton County Juvenile Court staff, service partners, and volunteers. d) Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven court environment with limited supervision. e) Cooperate fully with treatment fidelity monitoring activities, making adjustments as needed to maintain model fidelity. f) Document all services provided in the format and frequency required by Fulton County Juvenile Court. 3) Service Delivery Requirements: a) Conduct weekly group sessions at Fulton County Juvenile Court, at dates and times specified by the Accountability Court Program Administrator. b) Work directly with adult participants identified as having alcohol and/or substance use disorders and their children. c) Provide the weekly family meal 4) Vendor Responsibilities: a) Coordinate with the Program Administrator to schedule group meeting dates and times. b) Provide a weekly family dinner between parents and children prior to individual breakout group sessions. c) Ensure sufficient staff are available to facilitate breakout groups for parents, children, and families. d) Display program rules in writing during each group session. e) Enter weekly notes into the Connexis database system in accordance with program requirements. f) Attend HOPE staffing meetings as scheduled. g) Plan and facilitate a graduation ceremony for participants who successfully complete the program. h) Participate in program fidelity evaluations to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. 5) Deliverables: a) Weekly 2.5-hour family skills-building sessions for approximately 14 to 16 weeks. b) Weekly participant progress reports and Connexis entries. c) Coordination and facilitation of family dinners prior to group sessions. d) Monthly invoices for services rendered. e) Complete treatment with 75% of participants graduating successfully. f) Graduation ceremony at the conclusion of each program cohort. g) Cooperation with fidelity monitoring and outcome reporting.
