All SEALED BIDS MUST be received by Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST) at State Contracting & Engineering Corp. (SCEC) offices, located at 5391 N Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, FL 33351. Sealed bids/envelopes shall be labeled appropriately with the project number and title.
DO NOT DELIVER BIDS TO FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY. All sealed bids will be logged and time and date stamped upon receipt at the State Contracting & Engineering Corp. (SCEC) offices. LATE BIDS, FAX OR E-MAIL BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
