    Description

The Town is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to complete a comprehensive feasibility study for a future 25-acre recreation campus located near Weld County Road 5 and Colliers Parkway in Erie. The selected consultant will evaluate community needs, market conditions, site feasibility, cost implications, and funding strategies to inform the Town’s long-term planning for recreation facilities and services. If the study determines that an additional recreation facility is warranted, the consultant shall develop multiple concept options addressing facility size, location, features, amenities, and preliminary cost estimates.
