    The City of Findlay will be requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) organizations for the construction of the Downtown Recreation Area and Anchor Park. City of Findlay will receive SOQs demonstrating the CMAR's qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the Project by email sent to Jeremy Kalb (jkalb@findlayohio.gov) until FEBRUARY 18, 2026 at 3 P.M. local time. The email shall contain all required documents in PDF format, with a file size no larger than 10 MB. The CMAR contract will include the following services and work: The City of Findlay is undertaking construction of a regional park to provide beneficial use to the community, while still meeting the primary function of providing flood control along the Blanchard River. The park design includes playgrounds, water play area, gardens, restrooms, river access/ kayak launches, shade structures, walking paths, a multipurpose stage, and an event lawn. The CMAR's preconstruction contract has an expected start date of June 10, 2026, and expected construction start in March 2027, and an estimated duration for construction of 18 to 20 months.
