FIRE AND POLICE PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING SERVICES

The City of Naperville is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide psychological testing services for public safety (Police and Fire) personnel. Specifically, the selected vendor will conduct pre-hire, post-hire follow-up, and post-stressful incident psychological services for the Naperville Board of Fire and Police Commissioners (BOFPC), Fire Department, and Police Department.

Background

The City of Naperville, Illinois (City) is a home rule municipality, which operates under a council-manager form of government. It is located approximately 30 miles west of Chicago in DuPage and Will Counties. The City is the third largest community in the state and serves a population of approximately 150,000 residents over a 39 square mile area.
