ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The City of Aransas Pass is accepting sealed bid proposals for the Fire & Police Station Renovations and Additions Project until 3:00 PM on May 18^th, 2026. Bids must be submitted to City Hall, 600 W. Cleveland Boulevard, Aransas Pass, Texas 78336, Attention: City Secretary.

 

The project includes renovations of the existing Police Department and Municipal Court building, as well as the construction of a new addition for Fire Department living quarters.

 

All bid proposals must be received in the front lobby of City Hall no later than the deadline stated. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM on April 27^th, 2026, at City Hall, 600 W. Cleveland Boulevard, Aransas Pass, Texas 78336.

 

Construction Documents will be available on or after April 16^th, 2026, through CIVCAST.  Hard copies may be obtained by contacting Chesney Morales Partners, Inc., 4901 Broadway Street, Suite 250, San Antonio, Texas 78209, (210) 828-9481.  A $300 refundable deposit is required for hard copy sets.  An electronic set of Contract Documents may be requested at no cost by emailing Jason Walters at jwalters@chesneymorales.com.

A bid bond is required for this project.
