    • Ability / Technical Approach (10 pts)

      The Offeror's proposed instructional model, implementation approach, Fire & Rescue and EMS training methodologies, certification preparation processes, staffing plan, student assessment methods, and overall ability to successfully perform the services described in the Scope of Work.

    • Responsiveness (5 pts)

      The responsiveness of the Proposal to the requirements of the RFP, including an understanding of the scope of work and how it can be achieved most efficiently and effectively.

    • Qualifications and Experience (15 pts)

      The Offeror's experience providing Fire & Rescue, EMS, EMT, public safety, healthcare, workforce development, or Career and Technical Education instructional services. Evaluation may include company experience, instructor qualifications, references, demonstrated success in similar programs, certifications, and the ability to meet District requirements.
