    The City of San Marcos proposes to remodel and expand Fire Station #3 with the addition of an apparatus bay, weight room, and storage, as well as an interior renovation to existing living quarters. The City is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for work pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00am on April 7, 2026, at the Public Services Complex Administration Building, Room 201, located at 2217 East McCarty Lane, San Marcos, Texas. A site visit will be held following the pre-proposal conference.
