All licenses and certifications must remain active and be in good standing until project completion.All work shall be performed from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including weekends.Contractor shall complete work specified herein within twenty (28) calendar days after the issuance of the purchase order.The City will assess liquidated damages at the rate of $415 per calendar day that the Contractor exceeds the specified date of completion.The work performed shall be subject to final inspection and approval by the Project Manager. In the event the work performance of the Contractor is deemed unsatisfactory by the requesting City staff, the Contractor shall be notified and shall have ten (10) calendar days to correct the work at no additional cost to the City.
