The vendor shall always ensure a clean work environment and complete a full clean up at the conclusion of the job. The awarded vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance, and a W-9 form. The Brownstown Fire Department reserves the right to reject any quotes received, as well as to make minor changes or negotiate terms. If the vendor fails to complete the work within the agreed-upon time frame after the quote is accepted, the Brownstown Fire Department reserves the right to accept a quote from another vendor.
